How do I reset MyOchsner Ready password? ›

In order to reset your primary authentication password go to https://mypassword.ochsner.org. Enter your User ID (the same one you use to log in to the network). Read the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use and select “i agree”.

If you do not remember any of this information, you will have to contact your MyOchsner help desk at 1-877-339-2637 to help you regain access to your MyOchsner account.

Download the MyOchsner app from the Apple® App Store for Apple® devices or Google® Play for Android phones. Select “Log in to your account.” Select “Sign up” to access your Ochsner Health medical record. Answer a series of questions to securely create your username and password.

The MyOchsner app, which is free and simple to use, offers a direct link to your electronic medical records at Ochsner.

As an Admin user you can reset your password on the Admin login portal here: https://admin.edapp.com/login. Simply click on 'Forgot Your Password' and follow the prompts. You can send a 'magic link' to your email address which will allow you to login in through the link.

Please email your full name, DOB, and your MyOchsner username (if you know it) to MyOchsner@ochsner.org, or call the MyOchsner Patient Support line at 1-877-339-2637 and provide the same information to reactivate your account.

Recover Your MyOchsner Username

Your MyOchsner Username has been sent to the e-mail address on file with your account. If the information you submitted matched a MyOchsner account in our records, your username has been sent to the email address on file.

If you do not remember your password or want to reset it, locate and click on the Forgot password? link. Complete the information and click the Next button. Next, you will be asked to verify your identity and to do so, we will send you a code by email or phone.

Once you sign up for MyOchsner™, an email notification will be sent to the email address you provided on registration to confirm your request to set up a new account. You will be given a one-time-only MyOchsner™ access code to use to activate your account.

How do I get an activation code for MyChart? ›

Look for an activation code on your After Visit Summary or in an email or text message from your healthcare organization. Follow the instructions provided with your activation code to create your MyChart account.

To get started, parents should sign up for an account using this form, login and select Request Family Access. MyChart accounts can be set up by patients who are 18 years of age or older. Parents or guardians can access their minor's account by logging into their own MyChart account.

If you forget your password or username, you can click on the links on the login page to retrieve your username or reset your password. If you are unsuccessful with the automated feature you can contact the MyChart Customer Support Team at 1-855-255-2300.

When you're logged in to your MyChart account, you can change your password by going to Account Settings. If you cannot log in, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password? link on the login screen.

If your password has NOT expired you can change your password at any time by going to http://webmail.uams.edu/ and clicking on the link titled “Password Reset.” If your password has expired or you have forgotten your password you will need to call the IT Technical Support Help Desk at 686-8555.
