Spicy Paloma
Add some heat to your Paloma by muddling jalapeño slices in the bottom of your glass before adding the rest of the ingredients. You can also add a dash of hot sauce or chili powder to the mix for an extra kick.
Frozen Paloma
Beat the heat with a frozen Paloma. Blend together tequila, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and ice until smooth. Pour into a salt-rimmed glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Pineapple Paloma
For a tropical twist, add pineapple juice to your Paloma. Mix together tequila, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and pineapple juice. Shake well and pour over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
